



How Yoga practice transformed my life?
Thirteen years ago, my life took an unexpected turn when I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's thyroiditis. This autoimmune disorder, which affects the thyroid gland, brought with it a series of challenges that I never anticipated. Despite my efforts to seek help, including consultations with over twenty different endocrinologists, I found myself caught in a cycle of medication that seemed to lead nowhere. My symptoms persisted, and I was left feeling frustrated and hopeless. In 2014, I decided to take my health into my own hands. Tired of relying solely on conventional treatments that weren’t working for me, I immersed myself in a wealth of knowledge. I voraciously read books and listened to countless functional medicine doctors on YouTube. Through this self-education, I realized that healing my body required a holistic approach one that encompassed not just physical health but also mental and emotional well-being. This marked a pivotal moment in my journey. I began to embrace a healthy lifestyle that included nourishing foods, regular exercise, and mindfulness practices. Yoga and meditation became my anchors. They helped me reconnect with my body, fostering a sense of balance and harmony that I had longed for. As I delved deeper into these practices, I discovered their profound ability to heal not just my body, but also my spirit and mind. Today, I can proudly say that I feel absolutely perfect in my skin. It has been over four years since I stopped taking thyroid medication, and I have never felt better. The journey has not only transformed my health but also ignited a passion within me to help others. I know that many people, especially women, struggle with thyroid disorders and related challenges. My goal now is to share what I’ve learned and to teach others how to heal their bodies through a healthy lifestyle and the transformative power of yoga. I believe that yoga brings together the body, soul, and mind, creating a holistic foundation for healing. Through workshops, classes, and community support, I aspire to empower others on their journeys toward health and wellness. If I could reclaim my health, I want to show others that they can too. This journey has taught me resilience, self-discovery, and the importance of nurturing oneself. I’m excited to help others find their own paths to healing and embrace a life full of vitality and joy.
